We accept Direct Payment through Etsy, VISA, M/C, Discover, AMEX, and Etsy Gift Certificates.

Shipping

All products ship via USPS Priority Mail

If you are ordering more than 4 items you can contact us regarding combined shipping for your order. Thank you!

Spring pre-order roses typically start shipping the 1st week in April. Some varieties will be ready to ship earlier, some later. Please contact me directly for actual ship date in late February.

Products such as seed potatoes, onion sets and bare root strawberries ship in the spring. You can request a ship that is convenient for you when you order.

During the warmer months I prefer shipping live plants on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday depending on your zip code so that will arrive the same week. If your order is slated to ship on a Friday I will hold it until Monday to ship. Thank you!

Bare root strawberry plants ship either in the spring or fall depending on the time of year. The shipping season will be noted in the product. Potted strawberry plants ship all year.

Spring seed potatoes and onion sets ship in the spring.

Organic fall seed potatoes and fall garlic start shipping in mid to late August depending on the weather and our crop harvest.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

If you have a plant issue, please email us a photo and contact us within 3 days of the shipping date for a refund if needed. Plants damaged in shipping are promptly replaced if available, otherwise a credit will be issued. Your happiness is our goal!!
